Hello

Ron holds an MA in Developmental/Child Psychology from the University of Dayton and is a licensed administrator (LCPAA and LCCA) for child-placing agencies and residential facilities. Ron has founded eight foster-adopt agencies in six states and administrated several multimillion-dollar human services agencies, serving thousands of disadvantaged children and their families.  He is a commended presenter of clinical, management, and leadership seminars at national, state, and local conferences.  He has served on several state-wide advocacy committees and has developed numerous in-house staff training modules used by many agencies.  Ron is a published author, a songwriter/performing artist, active in sports, and serves in his local church.  Ron has enjoyed a lifetime commitment to his wife of 40+ years and loves spending time together with their three children and spouses, and seven grandchildren.
